3. Purposes and legal bases
Handling enquiries, preparing quotes and communicating with you — GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (steps prior to a contract) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest to respond to business requests).
Operating the website, including Google Maps on contact and request forms (required to submit a request) — Art. 6(1)(b) and/or (f).
Website usage statistics (Google Analytics) — Art. 6(1)(a) (consent). Analytics load only after you opt in via the cookie banner.
4. Recipients and processors
Requests may be logged in our task system (Jira) and email infrastructure so the team can reply.
For map functionality, data may be transferred to Google (Google Maps) as a third-party provider. See Google’s privacy documentation for details.
If you consent to analytics, usage data is sent to Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC (Google Analytics). See Google’s Analytics privacy documentation.
We do not sell your data for marketing.
5. Retention
We keep enquiry data as long as needed to respond and prepare a quote, and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically up to 24 months), unless a longer period is required for legal claims or statutory duties.
Your cookie choice is stored on your device (localStorage) until you change or clear it.
Google Analytics data is retained by Google under its own terms; we enable IP anonymisation where available.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability where applicable.
Where processing is based on consent (analytics), you may withdraw it anytime in Cookie settings without affecting prior lawful processing.
You may lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv).
7. Cookies and similar technologies
Necessary: brand selection cookie and storing your cookie choice.
Necessary for the service: Google Maps (contact pages and request forms) so you can mark the site location and route. Without the map, a request cannot be submitted correctly.
Optional: Google Analytics — visit and usage statistics (page views, scroll, outbound clicks, etc.). The tag loads with Google Consent Mode; analytics cookies activate only after consent.
You can change analytics consent anytime via Cookie settings in the footer.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page with the update date shown.
