Larger pipes need suitable equipment, reaming and access. We deliver HDD within practical working limits — without overselling.

Technical limits

  • Practical limits up to about 700 mm diameter, 25 m depth and 450 m per bore — depending on ground and geometry.
  • Actual capability depends on soil, pipe material, diameter, access and permits.
  • Every job is assessed individually — there is no one identical process for every site.
  • Larger diameters often need a heavy-class rig (e.g. UNI 110x120) and more space before the entry pit.

  • Is 700 mm guaranteed on every site?

    No. It is our working limit, not a promise for every soil and geometry.

  • Which rig is used?

    Depending on diameter and length — often UNI 110x120 or Vermeer D24x40. We recommend after reviewing your data.
